Homes, flats and shops to be auctioned before Christmas

They are among 147 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s December auction.

A detached property with two self-contained flats at 9A Murley Road, Bournemouth, has a freehold guide price of £250,000 – £280,000.

Rob Marchant, the firm’s Dorset and Hampshire auctioneer, said: “We anticipate keen interest – the current owner resided on the one-bedroom ground floor flat and made use of the larger flat above, with two bedrooms, as a letting investment.”

There is off-road parking and a garage and garden to the rear. Joint auctioneers are House & Son.

Recently refurbished, a top floor one-bedroom flat at 3, 830 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, has a guide price of £85,000 – £95,000 and is on the remainder of a 120-year lease from 1987 at an initial ground rental of £50 per annum. Joint auctioneers are Eddisons.

A three-bedroom flat at 18 Amberley Court, Bath Road, Bournemouth, on the fifth floor, has a guide price of £140,000-plus and is on the remainder of a 999-year lease from 2006, with a share of the freehold. Joint auctioneers are House & Son.

A three-bedroom maisonette at 64A High Street, Poole, has a guide price of £120,000 – £130,000; the property is on the remainder of a 125-year lease from 2022 and en-suite bathrooms have been installed in both first floor rooms.

A detached, two-bedroom bungalow at 8 Merryfield Close, Bransgore, is guided freehold at £250,000-plus.
