In St Leonards & St Ives, a homeowner at 48 Oaks Drive has applied to demolish a detached garage and build single-storey side and rear extensions, along with a new front porch (P/HOU/2025/06045).

In Woodlands, plans have been submitted to convert the loft at 2A Church Hill into living accommodation with dormer windows ( P/HOU/2025/06117).

In Ferndown, the owner of 102 Glenmoor Road is proposing to demolish the existing conservatory and garage and replace them with a single-storey flat roof rear extension (P/HOU/2025/06079).

West Moors sees two applications: at 16 Oakhurst Lane, where a single-storey side and rear extension is proposed (P/HOU/2025/06181), while at 89 Glenwood Road, the applicant wantsto demolish a conservatory and garage, build front and side extensions, convert the loft into habitable space, and construct a new double garage (P/HOU/2025/06342).
