Langham Wine Estate, in Dorset, was awarded the 2025 International Wine and Spirits Competition’s (IWSC) Sparkling Wine Producer Trophy.
This is the second time the vineyard has won this award in five years.
The award acknowledges Langham’s unique winemaking methods and dedication to minimal intervention.
The estate’s commitment to sustainability, including reuse of glass bottles from its tasting room, also contributed to its win.
Managing director Justin Langham said: “I come from a farming background and our wine business has always been approached from that perspective.
“We try to keep things simple, stay firmly grounded, pay close attention to detail, and respect natural processes and the environment.
“Our small but dedicated team is working together seamlessly, focused on a single goal: to produce the very best sparkling wines possible.”
The IWSC is one of the world’s most respected international competitions, celebrating outstanding producers across wine and spirits.
Langham Wine Estate was put on top of more than 300 leading names from Champagne, Australia and beyond.
The award adds to a successful year for Langham, having achieved victories at the WineGB Awards.
It also marked the estate’s first year of UK distribution with Liberty Wines.
